Waitress was annoying as hell! Seemed nervous and visited the table way too many times. I was on a date and in no hurry, we felt rushed, plus she interrupted every conversation starter. She was told three times we need privacy, but didn't get the point. #incompetent. My only complaint. Food was a little off, but nonetheless I was annoyed. The fact no one responds to these reviews is a direct insult.

Absolutely will not go back!! 1 star is to good, but had to make a post!!! First of all.. we were seated at a booth with torn seat cushions, not expecting that from a major chain. 2nd.... ordered ribs with sauce on the side, the ribs were very dry and had so much salt and seasoning that it was 1/4 of the thickness of the ribs. 3rd..... Waitress, well she got lost or missing and left us high and dry. With the ribs being so salty (mouth burning salty)..... I was very thirsty!!! And 4rth, 30 minutes after eating off the salad bar and having the ribs..... I was on the toilet 3 times. Called the restaurant before they closed and talked to a manager...... Did not ask name, how I was doing... just said keep me posted!!!!!! Well here your post!!

Meal was delicious and server was very efficient. Salad bar has improved since last visit.

Bad experience. Came in on a Friday night, ordered crispy chicken bites app with Cajun honey sauce which is supposed to be on the "chicken". The waitress said" they forgot to put the sauce on so I brought it on the side." Ok, not thrilled but I'll deal. Well there is a dry rub that gets put on the bites too. It was a bit much so, I requested it sent back and the actual sauce put on the bites. About 10 min later the SAME bites came out just with sauce on them, COLD! HOW DID I KNOW SAME BITES, THE ONE I BIT OFF OF WAS STILL THERE! Service was terrible, food was even worse, oh did I mention it wasn't even real chicken, it was the fake processed, weird textured chicken. I have always been a Ruby Tuesday fan but I guess I should stick with just their burgers and salad bar.

The most decent thing was the salad bar. And it was just about empty! Husband ordered chicken fingers, and waitress brought out what looked like a childs plate! I ordered a 10 ounce sirloin, well done, and it was cut in half when it finally got to our table. Our bill was $42 and with all the extra charges, sweet potato fries vs regular, extra charge for a loaded baked potato (which was burnt!), charged full price for a salad bar, etc... we could've went to Outback and had a much better meal and experience!! The waitress seemed over whelmed, even pouring water in my husband's sweet tea! The service and quality at Ruby Tuesdays has gone to h%^**!!
