They done exactly what they said as far as getting me into the truck i needed for a bigger family. Great guys! like the older brothers i never had! Would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle. Ill definitely be back!
I purchased a vehicle on 8/27/17 and didn’t realize that the headlights were not working until the next day. I went back to the dealership the next day and advised of the issue. I was told the car is sold as is but they would fix the headlights. The problem wasn’t just replacing the bulbs which I did replace and that didn’t work. I have been lied to numerous times and it’s been over 2 months and the issue is still not fixed. I was told they took it to their mechanic and he ordered the part, that was a lie. I went to “their” mechanic and the car had never been brought to him. I was told that since the mechanic was “going out of business” they would order the part and fix it for me since they promised they would. There are other issues with the car that started happening after a few weeks of buying it. I wish I’d never went to this dealership and I will never again!
I was a first time car buyer... they took time to explain things, and were very patient while I tried to absorb the whole process. they made my first experience very enjoyable. Thank you Adam and Larry!
