A very special "Thank You" to Lea Ward. I drove from Florida to Charleston to pack up my mom, dad, and brother to celebrate my dad's 75th birthday in Franklin, NC. First, my vehicle was damaged driving into SC. So, we pile into my dad's Tahoe. Just outside of Easley, we lost the breaks on his truck. Very frightening moment. As it turns out, the break calipers locked onto the wheel, wonderful smell...burning rubber. We were stranded in Liberty... at a Hardee's... at 430 pm. We don't know a soul, and my mom is starting to panic. A lot of phone calls later, I speak to Lea. She was wonderful enough to find us a super SUV so that we could continue our birthday plans. We picked up the car with 5 minutes to spare before closing! What an adventure! Her words, "Don't you worry, we will not leave you stranded." She truly saved the day. I will always use Enterprise in the future, if all the employees are as devoted as she is. Many thanks, the Courtney Family.
Old-I used to always rent from this store for years and have always used enterprise up until this past month! I had a reservation for over 6 months for a large suv which I have rented before, then I get ready to pick it up that day and their policy had changed and was told one thing by one manager and then they got a new manager named Hunt which was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in the rental car business or for that matter any retail business!!!! I can not stress that enough, don't do business with this place ever again!! It cost me hundreds more and got stuck with a smaller vehicle than what I made my reservation for, I even had it written in the reservation information by the previous manager about the details and the new manager did not honor this reservation at all!! He was rude my mother as well and he had not even been there but 2 months, I have been using this enterprise for 9 years, not anymore!!! Hunt is a liar, has no honor, and is very rude!! Don't do business here, I would drive to greenville or Anderson before I will deal with this enterprise again!!
I called to ask if i needed a reservation, i was told i could make one at the desk and that I wouldn’t need one. Two hours later, i take a cab from 15 miles away, only to find out that they’re bookes upto two days later. The staff seemed in a hurry to kick me out. Horrifying and don’t recommend it to anyone.
I do not know what happened to the store.. it was really incredible the company has great faith in the manager but the manager told me he will not rent a car to me because I talk too loud he sent me to Greenville... and there's something wrong with your windows the windows are never clean you allow smokers to smoke in the car and you don't clean the cars you claim that you charge the smokers that deposit seems to me you could clean the windows for that deposit...
Enterprise rentals cars are inexpensive and convienent. Checked in online which made the service faster when I arrived. Customer Service was great.
