I called Ken to talk through an electrical problem at my home. He communicated all of the things I could check myself to try to alleviate the problem before having to have a service call. Sure enough during this process I was able to solve the problem myself. Ken was willing to give me free advice to solve the issue myself rather than charge me for a service call. I believe that says all you need to know about Ken.
