I hate that I even had to give one star to be able to post this review. I am SO DISAPPOINTED with this store!!!! I have been a customer for years and I will NEVER step foot in there again. They make promises they never intend to keep, they lie to their customers, and they are totally unreliable!
I've been a customer of Aarons for 7 years... I was originally with the store on Augusta Road when they decided to close that store.. all of my accounts were transferred to Easley South Carolina store.. I have hated dealing with the store since day one.. They can't keep a manager... I had to have a lawn mower fixed that took over a month and I didn't get a loaner while they were fixing mine.. when my lawn mower was fixed Monday not correctly they called to tell me that they wanted their payment for a lawn mower that they had for over a month.... I have been going through some personal health issues and there's a chance I may have breast cancer... I was told today by the new store manager that my breast cancer was in his problem Peter wanted a hundred and $154 payment or he wanted the lawn mower.... I asked him if he could give me to the first of the month to make the payment he told me no and took my lawn mower... it's nice to see that it really is just about the money that they don't give a damn about their customers.. great customer service
Been doing business with them for years and never had a problem. If you pay your bill on time they are very good to you.
