Had just what I needed. Very satisfied with the product and service. Price was what I expected. Over all this was a good trip. People were very friendly and helpful. Will recommend to anyone!!! Lowe's in Easley.
Seems to always be disorganized and takes 2-3 times as long to check out when compared to Home Depot. I only go here because I had some gift cards to Lowes. Otherwise I pick Home Depot. Home Depot is better staffed and more organized.
Sales associates take too long to offer to help. Waited 20 minutes and 2 overhead pages before someone came to assist.
Ok I wish I could leave a video so you can see it but tonight Nov 27th 2017 I went to this Lowe’s to get a small piece of plexi glass cut and I hit the button for help on the glass cutting erea a total of 5 times and in those 5 time help is called to that erea 4 time each and a store employee even announced it as well but long story short, 5 separate employees passed right by me and one time right when the announcement was said lol. 28 mins went by until I was helped. Wow. Sorry but I’ll go to Home Depot next time.
