When I went to get my ring cleaned all they did was scrub it with a tooth brush.
I walked in and was quickly helped. The two young ladies were a joy. One explained my ring pick very well from options size insurance and pick up. I read the reviews before I went but it didn't stop me from going. Everything was perfect in my shopping with them. I was excited about my purchase and ready to purchase more. Thanks for everything
Horrible management, very rude and dishonest about reordering a new ring. Went to a different Kays and they were able to fix it.
