The associates are really nice. The place is a bit pricey but otherwise the items here are worth it. Went with my sister in law and mother in law to get my S-I-L's puppy a new bottom for his crate. They didn't have the size needed but the price was cheaper than Pet smart. Wish they would've had the correct size.
