Great Perfect Patron, and Bajama Mama. They are slammed but have every major sport game on. All the College game's. Really good atmosphere.
Horrible experience. I went to Applebee's with my family tonight and it was awful. I try to be patient and understanding when I see a restaurant is really busy, but tonight was just terrible. First my parents ordered salads and didn't get them until my mom had to ask for them. My food didn't come out with my family's and they had to come back and ask me what I had ordered then instead of bringing me a well done steak they bring me a rare one. They take my steak back and cook it some more until it is basically like eating rubber. They didn't seem to care at all. As I was getting up to leave, with my 3 year old daughter, a waiter at the computer area (near restrooms) was using terrible language. I do not appreciate it at all,very rude and disrespectful. I am very dissatisfied with Applebee's and I will not be returning to this restaurant.
They have NFL Sunday Ticket here. Probably the only place in Easley that does. That's enough for me to give them 5 stars. To think that I was going to Greenville before to watch my team.
Best service we have had in a restaurant in a long time. I am horrible with remembering names, but he said he is only waiter with red hair. I will ask for his table next time we go . This was Easley.
Me and my mom went to lunch today. She got the soup and Thai salad I got the chicken wrap and Thai salad. The server was slow at taking our order but was fine for the rest of our visit. When I started eating my Thai salad when I noticed it was Cole slaw mix . Two little nuts and a couple of wonton strips. I looked at the menu and saw it was not the salad as described in the menu. I talked to the manager and he fixed me another one the right way . And that one was very good... My chicken wrap was very good. I can't help but wonder how many times the cooks just put something together with the wrong ingredients. My mom soup was cold and she had the same issues with her salad.
