90% of the time food is always cold. Great menu items if they would watch hold times and not sale cold, old food.
Smells better then it taste honestly... But the employees are super nice but the place could use a little bit more order.
Great Food! The staff was very helpful and the store is very clean. My kids loved their kids meals, fish tenders always on point! :)
Not the Captain D's I remember when the fish was flaky and tasty. This stuff is far from flaky, more rubbery. They were nice and brought a newly fried piece, but it wasn't any better. I opted for chicken, and it was so-so. The staff was extremely nice, and did their best, or it would have gotten one star!
What has happened to this damn place? Once agin all new managers and employees. This place was amazing when they first opened and then went down hill after that. Then it got better months ago and it has been great. Now here we go. This place will be closing soon!! The food is cold, stale, and tasteless. And the people didn’t care about us sitting at the tables. People walking around on their phones and playing. And what’s up with people smoking outside and coming in to cook my food?? Yuck!!
